Chef Itoph himself is a chef who is very familiar to the cook lovers. He is often become the host of International Channel "Asian Food Channel”. So it is surely we don’t need to worry about his talent.

For the menu, 3 Wise Monkeys offers 71 different menus that can be free to order on the 'All u can eat' option. One of their signature menu is Salmon Lava which is a blend of rice, smoked salmon, Tobiko and smoked sweet mayonnaise. However, there is a time limit given for this 'all u can eat' option, each person is only allowed to order freely for 2.5 hours after ordering the first meal. However, on Monday 3 Wise Monkeys extended the order time lime to 4 hours.
