Both Dio and James were assigned to take the role of media, they report news that could change the flow of the forum on daily basis and they also had the responsibility to interview ambassadors and delegation members. Ivana was assigned to be a member of the ASEAN Secretariat, in which she had to make recommendations on what step the forum needs to take in order to achieve a consensus-based resolution, while Ayesha was assigned to be a delegation member of Singapore.
