There
might be a different meal for every day of the week in Karawaci, but finding a great
deal of sushi restaurant? That's another story. With the opening of Genki Sushi
at Sogo Supermal Karawaci, the problem has been solved, with its affordable
sushi and donburi, this restaurant
will now available seven nights a week.
The double-rail delivery system at the Genki Sushi restaurant at

The
new location will feature the company’s double-rail delivery system for the
restaurant’s signature “trains” to transport dishes from the kitchen to waiting
customer. Genki Sushi also include a tablet per table, allowing customers to
order food using touch screen tablets at each table and bench seat with which
customer can place orders panels at their tables and have it automatically
delivered to them.
For
the food range, Genki Sushi provided a wide range of Japanese dishes choices,
which stays classic with choices of appetizer, main, and dessert. The appetizers are foods that are recommended
as a pre food before the sushi. The most popular appetizer in Genki Sushi are fried
Salmon Skin with a squeeze of lemon, baby octopus, and Takoyaki, a ball-shaped
Japanese snack made of a wheat flour based batter and filled with minced
octopus (tako) and green onion.
Moving
on to the desserts, Genki Sushi also leveled up its dessert menu with the
Vanilla Mille-Feuille (layered crepe cake), Honey Lemon Roll, and the caramel
mochi. Pair these with Genki Sushi’s matcha or strawberry ice cream for a sweet
ending to a meal.
Dodo,
who is a 20-year-old sushi lover visited Genki Sushi shared his delightful
dine-in experience. He ordered Genki Sushi’s famous seared salmon with black
papper sushi, fresh tuna, and horse mackerel sushi, and commented “ I am a big
fan of Japanese food and I’ve tried my fair share of restaurants already, but
this is my first time to try seared salmon with black pepper sushi, and I tell
you it is superb! As with their salmon, the tuna melts in your mouth and it is
just heavenly. Both were fresh and left no doubt as to their quality, though
you might want to go easy on the horse mackerel sushi since it has a strong
flavor. Serving sizes aren’t the largest, but each one is heavy, and it won’t
take a whole lot to leave you satisfied.” Dodo also implied that he would visit
Genki Sushi again if he were about to reach for sushi.
Finally,
if you are intrigued to try Genki Sushi’s mouth-watering sushi, the restaurant
will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. everyday. The restaurant also offered a
free nigiri sushi for every 300.000 rupiah spent at Genki Sushi, which will be
available until 24 November 2017.
