The price of the most anticipated iPhone ever is SGD 1,648 for 64GB and SGD 1,888 for 256GB. Each person can only buy 2 units of iPhone X if the stock still available. At the other retail store in Singapore, each person can only buy 1 iPhone X, that was the reason that the Apple Store in Orchard Road was the most crowded. Besides, there were also lots of people that  hire other people to queue the iPhone X for them.

There were 2 queues in the store, one was for the people that had pre-ordered the iPhone X and the other one was for the walk-in buyers. The door of the store was opened at 8 AM and those who had pre-ordered the iPhone X before were able to come into the store first. Then followed with the walk-in buyers that had already queued in order with their numbers.

The people that were queuing come from different countries. One of them was from Indonesia and his name is Aditya Surjana. He has been queuing there since the first November with 3 of his friends and sleeping on the road without sleeping bags. He only brought a backpack for his clothes. Aditya opened a pre-order in Indonesia and said that he will resell the iPhone X in Indonesia with quite a high price because of the high demand in Indonesia. People in Indonesia are willing to pay such a high price for an iPhone X because in Indonesia iPhone X has not been launched. He also said that a lot of  people that were queuing actually buy the iPhone X to sell it again because the profit is really high which is up to 9 Million Rupiah. Aditya said that he will come back again next week to buy more iPhone X to sell it again.

The reason why they were all sleeping on the road and stayed there for days before the actual date of the launching was because the buyers have to be physically there to take the queue number and wait in the line that was formed by the staff. The line of the queue was formed 1 day before the launching which was on 2nd November. Right after the line was formed, people started to run to the line and pushing each other. It was so chaotic and some people were fighting and shouting to each other because they all wanted to be in the front line. The buyers had to be in line all the time and only got 1 hour per day to go out for eat or take a bath. Some of them brought their friends to wait outside the queue line to buy foods or drinks. Some of them also brought their luggage with them.
