The
National Rifle Association of America declares its supports on the regulation of “bump
stock” to pass the federal gun legislation regarding the recent Las Vegas mass
shooting, which caused the killing of 58 people. The devices were used as an accessory
that allows legal rifles to serve as automatic weapons, with continuous pressure
that increase the rate of rounds to nearly tenfold, which are largely illegal
in the United States
“Bump
stock” was first legalized for sale in 2010, by the substantial use
consideration to helped people with particular physical condition, or limited
hand mobility, to fire with less pressure. This lead to NRA conclusion on the
establishment of further additional regulations towards any rifles made to function
like fully automatic rifles.

Along
with congressional Republicans, NRA is about to examine the function of “bump
stock”, and by cooperating with Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosives (BATFE) comes to immediate review on whether or not this device is
complying the federal law and determines further firearms regulations.
