In some point, what Moon have said that aid was something to
be considered separately to from political issues is true. Yet, it is the
matter of which party will receive the aid and the long term impact of the aid
itself. Providing humanitarian aid will minimize the sanctions and help the
stabilization of Kim’s government to continue focusing its resources and
revenue into nuclear and missile development; which something that the
international community trying so hard to combat this issue.
